Job summary

Vivek C3i Training & Placement Pvt. Ltd. in Majlis Park, Delhi, is seeking an experienced Payroll & Compliance Manager to oversee monthly payroll processing, PF and ESIC compliance, and labour law matters.

With 6–12 years of experience and a commerce or HR background, you will ensure accurate payroll records, support audits, handle notices, and assist onboarding and exits. Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software, plus strong communication, are essential.

• Handle PF, ESIC registrations, returns, and challans.
• Ensure statutory compliance and address related notices.
• Support audits, inspections, and labour department requirements.
