Job summary

Million Minds Management Services in Vaishali, Sector 4 is seeking a Payroll Manager to handle end-to-end payroll for employees and associates, including attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions and salary processing.

You will ensure PF, ESIC, PT and TDS compliance, coordinate with HR, Operations and Finance for inputs, resolve payroll queries, and prepare payroll MIS for timely closures; candidates should have 3–5 years of payroll experience and strong MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of payroll experience, preferably in the staffing/recruitment industry.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance and MS Excel.
• Good communication, coordination and team management skills.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
