Job summary

Vaishnavi Consultancy Services in India is seeking an experienced Payroll & Compliance Manager with 5-6 years of hands-on payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HRMS attendance management. The role requires strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory filings.

You will handle end-to-end payroll, attendance using GreytHR or similar HRMS, file PF/ESIC ECRs, maintain records, and ensure timely compliance.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
• Hands-on experience with GreytHR or similar HRMS.
• Experience with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and labour law compliances.
• Knowledge of ECR preparation and filing.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees accurately and within timelines.
• Handle Time & Attendance management through greytHR HRMS.
• Prepare, generate, and file PF & ESIC ECR files independently.
• Ensure timely compliance related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain payroll records, salary registers, and statutory documentation.
• Coordinate with finance and HR teams for payroll inputs, deductions, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
• Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, leave, PF, and ESIC.
• Ensure compliance with Indian Labour Laws and statutory regulations.
• Maintain accuracy in employee master data and HRMS records.
