Job summary

Immunoact is seeking a dedicated Business Development professional to guide patients and caregivers through the entire treatment journey, including onboarding, documentation, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups. You will coordinate enrolment into Patient Support Programs, verify eligibility, and support documentation across hospitals and clinicians.

The role requires strong communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners while ensuring data privacy and regulatory

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Nursing, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in patient coordination, PSPs, hospital operations, or healthcare services.
• Experience in oncology, specialty care, or complex therapies is a plus.
• Experience in patient documentation, hospital coordination, and follow-up management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for empathetic engagement.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and hospital information systems.

Roles Responsibilities

• Guide patients and caregivers throughout the entire treatment journey, including onboarding, documentation, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate patient enrolment into Patient Support Programs (PSPs), including eligibility verification and documentation support.
• Act as a liaison between patients, hospitals, clinicians, internal medical teams, and external service providers.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling, treatment timelines, and logistics in collaboration with hospitals and operations teams.
• Provide clear, empathetic, and timely communication to patients and caregivers regarding treatment processes, next steps, and available support services.
• Maintain accurate patient records, trackers, and reports using internal systems and digital tools.
• Ensure prompt resolution of patient queries and concerns, escalating issues appropriately when required.

Qualifications Experience

• Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Nursing, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or a related healthcare discipline.
• 2 3 years of experience in patient coordination, Patient Support Programs (PSPs), hospital operations, or healthcare services.
• Prior experience in oncology, specialty care, or complex therapies will be an added advantage.
• Experience in patient documentation, hospital coordination, and follow-up management across healthcare providers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage empathetically with patients and caregivers.
• Proficiency in using digital tools, patient tracking systems, and hospital information systems.
