The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for guiding patients through hospital services, coordinating appointments, supporting admissions and discharges, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and departments. This requires empathy, communication skills, service orientation, and an understanding of hospital workflow. The candidate will help improve patient experience by resolving queries, reducing delays, coordinating care-related activities, and supporting respectful patient‑centered service delivery.

• Guide patients and attendants regarding hospital services, departments, procedures, and care processes.
• Coordinate appointments, consultations, investigations, admissions, discharges, and follow‑up visits.
• Communicate with doctors, nurses, billing, pharmacy, diagnostics, and support teams to address patient needs.
• Assist patients in completing required forms, documentation, and service-related formalities.
• Track patient movement, waiting times, pending reports, and service delays for timely coordination.
• Handle patient queries, concerns, and basic complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Provide clear information about consultation flow, investigation processes, billing steps, and discharge requirements.
• Support inpatient and outpatient coordination to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Maintain patient coordination records, follow‑up notes, and service status updates.
