The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating patient services, guiding patients through hospital processes, managing communication, supporting documentation, and ensuring a smooth care experience. The candidate will work with doctors, nurses, front office, billing, diagnostics, and administration teams to improve patient satisfaction and service efficiency.

• Guide patients and relatives regarding hospital services, departments, procedures, and care flow.
• Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, investigations, admissions, and follow-up activities.
• Act as a communication link between patients, doctors, nurses, billing, and support departments.
• Assist patients with registration, documentation, reports, discharge process, and service queries.
• Track patient movement and help reduce waiting time through timely coordination.
• Provide accurate information about doctor availability, department process, and hospital facilities.
• Handle patient concerns politely and elevate unresolved issues to seniors when required.
• Coordinate with diagnostic, pharmacy, billing, insurance, and nursing teams for patient support.
