• Greeting patients and visitors at the clinic/hospital.
• Scheduling and managing patient appointments.
• Coordinating with doctors, nurses, lab, and billing teams.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors at the clinic/hospital.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Coordinate consultations, investigations, and treatment procedures.
• Explain treatment processes, packages, and required documentation to patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the system.
• Handle patient queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, laboratory, and billing teams for seamless patient care.
• Ensure completion of registration, consent forms, and other required documents.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatments, reports, and pending payments.
• Manage patient admission and discharge processes when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information as per organizational policies.
• Support patient counseling activities and achieve patient satisfaction targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports related to patient appointments and conversions.
