• Handle patient queries and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, laboratory, and billing teams.
• Ensure completion of registration and consent forms.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reports, and payments.
• Support patient admission and discharge processes when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Assist with patient counseling activities and satisfaction targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports related to appointments and conversions.
