Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Ensure Minimum waiting period of patients.
2. 2. Monitor process flow.
3. 3. Ensure filling of Feedback forms from patients.
4. 4. Machine/ instruments malfunctioning and coordinating with HO & documenting the same in Break-down register.
5. 5. Doing Suggestion Box Feedback analysis.
6. 6. Monitoring Complaint Register with CAPA taken.
7. 7. Coordination between staff & patient for smooth functioning.
8. 8. Ensuring adequate manpower & resources in the OPD area.
9. 9. Preparing & sending monthly requisitions to Central Stores.
10. 10. To check the materials thoroughly for quality, quantity, specification condition, condition etc.
11. 11. Periodical stock verification and ensure correctness of stock at all times.
12. 12. To pass the bills of the materials received from vendor and send it to Accounts department for payment.
13. 13. To take action for disposal of scraps materials as per the procedure.
14. 14. Generate reports and submit to concerned authorities.
15. 15. To attend audit by the auditors.
