Part-Time Ads Specialist – Meta, Google & LinkedIn (Remote – India)

We’re Impossible Sales AI, a fast-moving consulting + AI sales execution business helping international startups win enterprise clients in the Middle East.

We're now looking for a smart, hands-on Paid Ads Specialist to help us generate high-quality leads for our growing lineup of services — including sales consulting, AI sales agents, and B2B event-based selling.

You’ll be the engine testing ad creatives, hooks, copy, and landing pages across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Instagram. We’re not looking for someone who just sets up campaigns — we want a growth hacker mindset who thrives on experiments and performance.

What You’ll Do:

1. Launch and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (FB/IG), Google, LinkedIn, YouTube
2. Write scroll-stopping copy, creative hooks, and CTAs
3. Set up audiences, tracking pixels, custom events, and A/B tests
4. Continuously optimize CPL, CTR, ROAS across channels
5. Propose experiments weekly and own execution end-to-end
6. Share performance insights in simple, actionable reports

What We’re Looking For:

1. 3+ years managing paid ads with proven lead gen success (across Meta + Google)
2. Experience with LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation is a BIG plus
3. You understand how to make cold traffic convert and how to retarget smartly
4. You can work solo, think like a founder, and are addicted to performance metrics
5. Bonus if you’ve worked with startup founders, solopreneurs, or B2B brands
6. Familiarity with Canva, basic landing page tools, or automation (Zapier/n8n) is appreciated
