About the Job:

As a Meta Ads Expert, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns on Meta platforms. You will manage the entire funnel—from audience research and creative testing to conversion optimization and ROAS improvement. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creative strategy, and performance discipline. You will collaborate closely with content, design, product, and analytics teams to ensure every campaign delivers measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network.
• Develop full-funnel paid strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion, retargeting).
• Perform audience research, segmentation, and lookalike audience creation.
• Execute creative testing frameworks (ad copies, creatives, formats, CTAs).
• Optimize campaigns for key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and LTV.
• Monitor daily performance and make data-backed optimizations at scale.
• Coordinate with designers and content teams to produce high-performing creatives.
• Implement and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion APIs, and event tracking.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on Meta Ads best practices, algorithm changes, and new ad formats.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Meta Ads Specialist / Performance Marketer.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
• Solid understanding of paid marketing funnels and conversion optimization.
• Experience running lead generation, app installs, and sales-focused campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Familiarity with tracking tools like Meta Pixel, GA4, and UTM parameters.
• Experience managing ad budgets and scaling profitable campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience scaling Meta Ads for SaaS, D2C, or digital products.
• Familiarity with automation tools, rules, and campaign scaling frameworks.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and creative performance analysis.
• Exposure to tools like Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, or other CRMs.
• Understanding of attribution models and multi-touch journeys.
• Experience working with international or high-volume ad accounts.
