About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long‑term career in performance marketing within a tech‑driven, AI‑focused environment.

As a Paid Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with senior marketers, strategists, and tech teams to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.

Paid marketing will be your primary focus, while exposure to SEO, automation, and AI‑driven insights will help you grow into a well‑rounded marketer over time.

This role is designed to grow into a senior performance marketing role with increasing ownership, budgets, and strategic responsibility.

What You’ll Work On Paid Marketing (Primary Focus)

• Execute and optimize paid campaigns across:
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen, Sponsored Content)
• Assist in campaign planning and execution:
• Audience and keyword research
• Campaign structuring and targeting
• Budget planning and bid strategies
• Monitor and optimize performance metrics:
• CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality
• Run A/B tests on:
• Ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
• Track performance using:
• Google Analytics
• Conversion tracking and attribution tools

SEO, Automation & AI Exposure (Secondary Focus)

• Collaborate with SEO and content teams to:
• Align paid campaigns with organic growth strategy
• Improve landing page quality and conversion rates
• Learn how AI and automation are used to:
• Optimize campaigns
• Improve targeting and performance insights
• Use data‑driven insights to continuously improve results
