Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands‑on campaign management experience, and a passion for performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • YouTube Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPC, CPL, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Create ad copies, creatives briefs, and landing page recommendations.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spending.
• Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Perform A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools.
• Experience with lead generation and performance campaigns.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing funnels is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads Certification (preferred).
