Job summary

ZeroHire in India is seeking a Lead Generation Associate to perform Australian outbound calls, generate qualified leads, and maintain timely follow-ups. The role focuses on high call quality while meeting daily and weekly targets.

Shift timings are early morning (Australian time) with 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM Mondays to Fridays and one shorter Saturday shift; Sundays off. Compensation ranges from ₹17,000 to ₹22,000 per month with attractive incentives.

Job description

As a Lead Generation Associate, you will be responsible for handling Australian Outbound Calling for the lead generation process. The role involves making outbound calls to Australian customers, generating leads, maintaining follow-ups, and ensuring high call quality while meeting daily and weekly targets.

Shift Timings:

• 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday),
• 5:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Saturday)
• Sunday Fixed Off

Compensation

₹17,000 - ₹22,000 per month (in hand) + Attractive Incentives
