Job summary

Virtusa seeks an experienced Domain Consultant (OCM) to lead end-to-end change management workstreams for enterprise transformation programs. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption across global teams.

You will guide OCM strategies for technology and data initiatives, conduct readiness assessments, and design role-based training to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tech. Hyderabad campus role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading end-to-end OCM workstreams.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology, data, digital, operating model, or process transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption activities.
• Ability to conduct assessments related to stakeholder impact and organizational readiness.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and executive communication skills.

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management with ownership of end-to-end OCM workstreams.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology, data, digital, operating model, or process transformation programs.
• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption activities.
• Proven ability to conduct assessments related to stakeholder impact and organizational readiness.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent OCM certification.
• Experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, or Data Transformation programs.
• Understanding of Data Owner, Data Steward, and Data Governance operating models.
• Experience in supporting global transformations within federated organizations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
