Innova ESI Pvt Ltd in Chennai is seeking experienced professionals with strong expertise in Oracle Order Management, Inbound Calling, Customer Operations and Service Delivery Management to join our Chennai location.

Key qualifications include hands-on experience with Oracle Order Management and Oracle ERP, end-to-end order processing, and excellence in stakeholder communication. Immediate joiners or those with up to 15 days notice preferred.

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in Oracle Order Management, Inbound Calling, Customer Operations and Service Delivery Management for our Chennai location.

CTC: Up to 20 LPA (Based on Experience & Position)

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

• Order Management with Oracle ERP
• Inbound Calling & Customer Query Handling
• End-to-End Order Processing
• Order Lifecycle Management

• Service Delivery Management
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Process Improvement
• Manage end-to-end order management operations using Oracle.
• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve order-related queries.
• Ensure accurate and timely sales order processing and order fulfilment.
• Monitor order status, modifications, cancellations and pending requests.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor SLA, KPI, productivity and quality metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive process improvements and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Support team members with process-related queries and operational challenges.
• Oversee service delivery, team performance and client expectations.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Order Management and Inbound Calling.
• Good understanding of order processing and customer operations.
• Experience in managing customer escalations and stakeholder communication.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage team performance, service delivery and process improvements.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period preferred.
