Job summary

SolarEdge Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Oracle (Order Management) in Bengaluru to lead end-to-end Oracle solutions for order management, backlog, and returns.

The role interfaces with global stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensures data quality across Oracle ecosystems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on APIs, integrations and data architecture, mentor juniors, and drive internal initiatives in Sales & Support while supporting production site data

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Oracle Fusion SCM with emphasis on Order Management, backlog and returns management.
• Lead end-to-end design for Order Management requirements and integrate with external systems.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into scalable Oracle solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain infrastructure data related to Order Management, Backlog Management and RMA processes.
• Ensure data integrity within Oracle across multiple interfaces.
• Support production site data definitions and execution.
• Participate in testing and validation of Oracle implementations for quality.
• Lead architecture discussions and collaboration with Sales and Customer Support.
• Design and support integrations between Oracle Fusion and CRM, manufacturing, logistics, eCommerce and support platforms.
• Mentor junior team members and drive knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM, with a strong focus on Order Management, Global Order Promising, Backlog Management and Returns Management.
• Lead end-to-end solution design for Order Management related business requirements.
• Analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable Oracle solutions.
• Drive solution architecture discussions across Sales and Customer Support teams.
• Partner with global business stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solutions and drive process improvements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders in Order Management and Customer Service domains.
• Lead Oracle implementation, enhancement and optimization projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Own project deliverables, timelines, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Design and support integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems including CRM, manufacturing, logistics, eCommerce and customer support platforms.
• Work closely with technical teams on APIs, integrations and data architecture.
• Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting, data analysis and root cause investigations.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and establish best practices within the team.
• Experience working with global business teams across multiple regions and time zones.
