MPC Cloud Consulting Pvt Ltd in Gurgaon seeks a Lead Consultant for Oracle Fusion Order-to-Cash. You will serve as the senior functional authority on O2C across implementations and new business, shaping solutions during presales, leading design and delivery through go-live, and guiding a team of consultants.

You will advise clients on feature adoption, mentor staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end O2C offerings.

Qualificações

• 10-12 years of Oracle SCM functional experience.
• At least 2-3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion O2C implementations as lead or solution architect.
• Presales experience including client demos, proposals, and estimation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery workshops and translate O2C requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions based on best practices.
• Own design documents: BP Flows, Fit-Gap, Solution Design, configuration workbooks, and functional specs for RICEW objects.
• Design and configure Oracle Fusion O2C: Order Management, Pricing, GOP, Shipping, Inventory, Configurator, Product Hub, and Receivables integration.
• Lead end-to-end O2C cycle across customer and item setup, pricing, scheduling, invoicing, receipts, revenue, and GL integration.
• Plan and execute data migration for customers and items using FBDI/ADFDI.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP), reports (BIP/OTBI), extensions.

Role Overview

As Lead Consultant for Oracle Fusion Order-to-Cash, you will be the senior functional authority on O2C for both implementations and new business. You will shape solutions during presales, run client demos, lead design and delivery through go-live, and guide a team of consultants. You will be a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, bringing both process expertise and Oracle Fusion product depth.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery and Solution Leadership

• Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders and turn O2C requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions based on best practice
• Own key design documents, including Business Process Flows, Fit-Gap analysis, Solution Design, configuration workbooks, and functional specifications for RICEW objects
• Design and configure Oracle Fusion O2C modules: Order Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising (GOP), Shipping, Inventory Management, Configurator, Product Information Management/Product Hub, and Receivables integration
• Own the end-to-end O2C cycle: customer and item setup, order capture, pricing, credit check, scheduling, pick-pack-ship, invoicing, receipts, and revenue, including integration with Receivables, Credit Management, Collections, and General Ledger
• Design complex fulfillment flows such as drop ship, back-to-back, internal material transfers, intercompany, returns (RMA), and configure-to-order
• Lead data migration for customers, items, open orders, and on-hand balances using FBDI/ADFDI
• Work with technical teams on integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, external order capture systems), reports (BIP/OTBI), and extensions (orchestration processes, order management extensions)
• Plan and run CRP, SIT, UAT, cut-over, go-live, and hypercare activities
• Lead, mentor, and quality-review the work of functional consultants across workstreams
• Assess quarterly Oracle Fusion updates and advise clients on new features and adoption

Presales and Business Development

• Partner with sales teams on new opportunities by contributing to solution architecture, scoping, and effort estimation
• Prepare and deliver tailored Oracle Fusion SCM demos and proof-of-concepts based on client-specific scenarios
• Write and review RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and statements of work
• Present to client leadership (CXO and business heads) on solution value, implementation approach, and roadmap
• Help build reusable assets, including demo scripts, accelerators, configuration templates, and industry solution offerings

Required Skills and Experience

• 10-12 years of relevant Oracle SCM functional experience, with strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud O2C skills
• At least 2-3 full-cycle (end-to-end) Oracle Fusion O2C implementations in a lead or solution-architect role
• Proven presales experience, including client demos, solution presentations, RFP responses, and estimation
• Deep knowledge of Order Management orchestration, pricing strategies, GOP, shipping, and inventory processes
• Good understanding of the finance touchpoints: Receivables, Credit Management, Revenue Management, and Subledger Accounting
• Hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI/BI Publisher reports, approval workflows, and security/role setup
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and client relationships at the same time

Good to Have

• Oracle Fusion Order Management or SCM Cloud certification
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 Order Management and EBS-to-Fusion migration projects
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle CPQ, or third-party e-commerce/CRM integrations
• Knowledge of Fusion Procurement (P2P) and Manufacturing for cross-pillar solutioning
• Experience on Middle East, APAC, or US client engagements
• Domain experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, high-tech, or aviation

Other Requirements

• Willing to travel to client locations, short-term or extended, as projects and presales activities require
• Comfortable with a hybrid work model from the Gurgaon office
• Available to join within 30 days

Education: B.E./B.Tech, MBA (Operations/Supply Chain), or an equivalent degree
