Job summary

Manning Consulting in Chennai invites an experienced Order Management specialist to handle end-to-end order lifecycle using Oracle applications, ensuring accurate processing and timely fulfillment.

You will address customer inquiries, resolve discrepancies, monitor SLAs, and contribute to process improvements, working from the Chennai office with immediate joining availability.

This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and coordination across teams to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in Order Management and Customer Service/Support operations.
• Mandatory skill: strong hands-on experience in Order Management with mandatory Oracle experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
• Location Chennai; Work From Office (Chennai office).
• Notice period: Immediate joiners or max 15 days.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Order Management activities, including order entry, processing, tracking, and fulfillment.
• Work on Oracle applications for order processing and related transactions.
• Manage customer queries related to orders, delivery status, order modifications, and cancellations.
• Resolve order discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor pending orders, identify process gaps, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert by supporting team members with process-related queries.
• Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Maintain process documentation and follow quality and compliance guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
