Job summary

Sutherland in Chennai is seeking an L1 Order Management professional to handle end-to-end order processing and ensure timely fulfillment from order entry to shipping.

The role requires experience in Order Management/Sales Order Management, familiarity with O2C processes, and exposure to SAP or Oracle ERP. Office-based with immediate notice and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Order Management or Order Processing or Sales Order Management.
• Solid understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle is preferred.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end order processing and order management activities.
• Review and validate customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Process sales orders in ERP systems and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance teams.
• Track order status and resolve order-related issues or discrepancies.
• Manage order changes, cancellations, holds, and amendments.
• Monitor pending orders and follow up with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate order records and update systems regularly.
• Ensure adherence to SLA and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly operational reports.
