Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is recruiting for a role focused on order fulfilment, warehouse management, and Shopify-enabled e-commerce operations in Mumbai. The candidate will oversee daily order flow, packing quality, and dispatch while maintaining inventory accuracy and stock controls for jewellery products.

The role requires coordinating with courier partners, performing stock audits, and ensuring secure handling and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily e-commerce orders through Shopify and ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch with quality packaging.
• Oversee warehouse operations including storage, housekeeping, workflow, safety and security.
• Manage inventory movement, stock placement and SKU-level organization for jewellery products.
• Conduct stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Identify fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs and report insights to management.
• Ensure proper hygiene, safety and theft-prevention protocols.
• Manage Shopify backend for order monitoring, tagging, inventory updates and fulfilment status.
• Upload and update inventory across online platforms and coordinate with listing teams for launches and stock adjustments.
• Monitor payment status, COD verification, and fraudulent order checks.
• Coordinate with customer support for returns, exchanges, and restocking; maintain records of damaged or defective pieces.

Role & responsibilities

Order Fulfilment & Dispatch

• Manage daily e-commerce orders through Shopify.
• Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch with high-quality packaging as per company standards.
• Coordinate with courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shadowfax, etc.
• Track order status and resolve delivery delays and courier-related issues.
• Maintain 100% order accuracy to minimize returns and customer complaints.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Oversee complete warehouse operations, including:
• Storage and housekeeping
• Workflow management
• Safety and security
• Manage inventory movement, stock placement, and SKU-level organization for jewellery products.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Identify fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs and report insights to management.
• Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and theft-prevention protocols.

E-commerce Operations & Shopify

• Manage the Shopify backend for:
• Order monitoring
• Order tagging
• Inventory updates
• Fulfilment status
• Upload and update inventory across online platforms.
• Coordinate with listing/content teams for new product launches and stock adjustments.
• Monitor payment status, COD verification, and fraudulent order checks.
• Knowledge of bulk fulfilment apps, invoicing tools, and warehouse software is required.

Returns & Exchange Management

• Manage customer returns, quality checks, and restocking procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of damaged, lost, or defective jewellery pieces.
• Coordinate with the customer support team for timely resolution of return/exchange issues
