Job summary

Responsibilities include processing orders on Shopify and major marketplaces, coordinating warehouse pickups, generating shipping labels, and resolving shipping issues to maintain on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage warehouse coordination, labeling, and documentation to ensure accurate fulfillment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for packing, dispatch, and inventory updates.

About the Role

We are seeking an organized and proactive E-Commerce & Logistics Executive to handle day-to-day order processing, packaging, and coordination with delivery partners across multiple online platforms. This role ensures our products move seamlessly from warehouse to customer.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing

• Monitor and process incoming orders across Shopify, Amazon, and quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto).
• Verify order details and follow company process for fulfillment.

Warehouse Coordination

• Schedule and oversee product pick-ups from the warehouse.
• Ensure correct inventory is pulled, packed, and prepared for dispatch.

Labeling & Documentation

• Generate and print shipping labels, invoices, and any other required paperwork.
• Verify documentation complies with platform requirements.

Packaging & Dispatch

• Ensure products are packed accurately and securely to prevent damage in transit.
• Prepare parcels for scheduled courier pick-up.

Logistics Liaison

• Coordinate with courier and delivery partners to ensure on-time pick-ups and deliveries.
• Resolve shipping issues or delays quickly.

Inventory Support

• Update stock levels and flag low or out-of-stock items on all platforms.

Process Improvement

Suggest ways to streamline fulfillment workflows and reduce turnaround time.
