Role Overview As an Order Fulfillment Executive, you will be the critical link between sales, procurement, and store operations. This full-time role involves managing customer orders from booking to dispatch, ensuring seamless coordination across departments and maintaining excellent customer communication throughout the order lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with purchase and store teams to process and close customer orders efficiently • Book sales orders in Tally ERP and maintain accurate order records • Provide customers with real-time updates on material availability and delivery schedules • Communicate dispatch details and tracking information to customers • Attend to walk-in customers at the office, understand their requirements, suggest appropriate products, and complete billing transactions • Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction • Maintain organized records of all orders and communications for audit and reference purposes

Must-Have Skills • 0-2 years of experience in order processing, sales support, or customer service roles • Proficiency in Tally ERP or similar accounting software • Strong sales orientation with ability to identify upselling opportunities • Excellent customer handling and communication skills • Negotiation skills to manage customer expectations • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously • Basic knowledge of industrial products and material handling is an advantage
