Role Overview We are hiring 2 Junior Field Sales Engineers/Technical Sales Engineers to drive new business development and provide technical sales support for our industrial structures and material handling solutions. This full-time role combines field sales with technical expertise, requiring you to identify opportunities, manage customer relationships, and design solutions that meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities • Identify and establish new business opportunities with manufacturing and industrial clients • Organize and conduct sales visits across Pune and other regions to understand customer requirements • Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with customers • Understand and address customer inquiries related to structure assembly and design requirements • Collaborate with customers to design assemblies, develop Bills of Material (BOM), and obtain purchase order approvals • Travel to meet customers across Pune and beyond to assess requirements for structures such as fencing, machine enclosures, work stations, trolleys, conveyors, and material handling structures • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients through excellent service delivery • Provide technical guidance on product specifications and customization options

Must-Have Skills • 0-3 years of experience in field sales, technical sales, or sales engineering roles • Mechanical Engineering background (BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering) • Strong sales orientation and ability to identify new business opportunities • Excellent customer handling and relationship management skills • Effective negotiation abilities and contract management experience • Good communication skills in English and local languages • Own and valid two-wheeler for field mobility and customer visits • Understanding of industrial structures, assembly design, and manufacturing processes

Good to Have • MBA or equivalent business qualification • Proficiency in 2D or 3D CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.) • Experience with material handling equipment, conveyor systems, or industrial automation • Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Material) preparation and project management • Prior experience in technical sales for industrial or manufacturing sectors
