Imerys in Hyderabad, India is seeking an organized professional to manage end-to-end order processing, dispatch planning, and shipment communications using ERP systems.

You will handle export documentation, trade compliance, billing tasks, and act as the primary customer contact, addressing inquiries and tracking complaints via Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems; export documentation experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process orders in ERP systems, manage dispatch planning, and communicate shipment statuses.
• Handle export documentation, trade compliance, and resolve logistical bottlenecks.
• Oversee billing, invoice processing, credit/debit notes, and price change requests.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and tracking complaints via CRM (Salesforce).

Preferred candidate profile

Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Skills & Languages: English (written and verbal) and fluent in Hindi; preferred familiarity with ERP and CRM systems and strong preference for export documentation experience.
