SG Oasis in Mumbai (Govandi) is seeking a Fulfilment Executive for B2B order dispatch. This night-shift role focuses on accurate, on-time, and in-full fulfilment with strict quality checks and documentation.

You will coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales to ensure smooth end-to-end workflows. The role demands hands-on execution, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate in any discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in order fulfilment, warehouse operations, dispatch, supply chain, customer service, or operations.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, QSR, Retail, FMCG, E-commerce or Quick Commerce industries preferred.
• Prior experience handling high-volume order fulfilment and warehouse/dispatch operations desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with a hands-on execution mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of all B2B order fulfilment activities from the dispatch area.
• Physically verify every B2B order prior to dispatch to ensure correct product, quantity and packaging.
• Conduct quality control checks in the CRM system and highlight discrepancies.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfilment from order confirmation through dispatch and delivery.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales to ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor order status and resolve bottlenecks to avoid delays.
• Escalate inventory shortages, quality concerns, or dispatch delays to stakeholders.
• Maintain order records, invoicing, and daily fulfilment reports.

Role Purpose

The Fulfilment Executive is responsible for ensuring that every B2B order is dispatched accurately, on time, in full, and in accordance with the company's quality standards. This is a highly execution-oriented role that requires the incumbent to be stationed at the dispatch area, performing physical order verification, quality checks, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of all B2B order fulfilment activities from the dispatch area.
• Physically verify every B2B order prior to dispatch to ensure:
  • Correct product and quantity
  • Proper packaging
  • Compliance with quality standards
• Conduct quality control (QC) checks within the CRM system and promptly highlight any product or fulfilment discrepancies.
• Coordinate the end-to-end fulfilment process, from order confirmation through successful dispatch and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor order status proactively and resolve fulfilment bottlenecks to avoid delays.
• Escalate inventory shortages, quality concerns, dispatch delays, or operational issues to the relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate documentation, invoicing, and maintenance of order records.
• Handle fulfilment-related customer queries and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams.
• Maintain daily fulfilment reports, dispatch trackers, and issue logs.
• Ensure adherence to fulfilment SOPs and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance dispatch accuracy and efficiency.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• On-Time Delivery (OTD): Ensure orders are dispatched and delivered within committed timelines.
• OTIF (On Time In Full): Ensure complete order fulfilment without shortages, damages, or misses.
• Order Accuracy & Quality: Dispatch orders with the correct products, quantities, packaging, and quality standards.
• Dispatch Accuracy: Minimize fulfilment errors and maintain high operational accuracy.
• Issue Resolution: Timely identification and resolution of fulfilment-related concerns.
