Job summary

Purview Services is seeking an Oracle HCM & Payroll Functional Consultant to join our Pan India team. The ideal candidate will configure Oracle HCM and Payroll modules, troubleshoot payroll flows, and develop reports using HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP).

Requirements include 5+ years in Oracle HCM and Payroll, strong testing, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to work independently as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM and Payroll functional configuration.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll flows.
• Proficiency in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP).
• Excellent testing and debugging skills in payroll environments.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional configuration of Oracle HCM and Payroll modules.
