Job summary

Purview Services is seeking an Oracle HCM & Payroll Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM and Payroll functional configuration, payroll flows, reporting tools, and integration processes.

You will perform functional configuration of Oracle HCM and Payroll modules, manage payroll flows, develop reports with HCM Extracts and BI Publisher, conduct testing, and document configurations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM and Payroll functional configuration.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll flows and related processes.
• Proficiency in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP).
• Excellent testing and debugging skills in payroll environments.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional configuration of Oracle HCM and Payroll modules.
