Job summary

Purview Services is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM and Payroll configuration specialist for PAN India (Hybrid) deployment. The role requires deep knowledge of Oracle Payroll flows, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher reporting tools, with hands-on ADP Global View integration experience.

The candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure accurate payroll processing, robust testing, and effective documentation across payroll environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM and Payroll functional configuration.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll flows and related processes.
• Proficiency in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher reporting tools.
• Experience with ADP Global View connector configuration and integration.
• Excellent testing and debugging skills in payroll environments, & parallel payroll support.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
