The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or with cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality configurations and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM and Payroll functional configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll flows and related processes.
• Experience with HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP).
