Job summary

Purview Services is seeking an Oracle HCM & Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team Pan India. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Oracle HCM, Payroll configuration, payroll flows, reporting tools, and integration processes.

You will perform functional configuration of HCM and Payroll modules, manage payroll flows, develop reports using HCM Extracts and BI Publisher, test in payroll environments, and document configurations with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM and Payroll functional configuration.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll flows and related processes.
• Proficiency in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP).
• Excellent testing and debugging skills in payroll environments.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities
