Job summary

The candidate should have hands-on experience with payroll flows, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher (BIP), and be able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Oracle HCM and Payroll functional configuration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll flows and related processes.
• Experience in payroll testing, debugging, and parallel payroll support.
• Hands-on with HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP).
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities
