Job summary

Purview Services is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM/Payroll professional to join our cross-functional team in a hybrid PAN India setup. The role requires strong knowledge of HCM configurations, payroll processes, and Oracle payroll flows, with hands-on experience in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher.

The candidate should also be proficient with ADP Global View connectors and have excellent testing, debugging, and documentation abilities to support parallel payroll operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM and Payroll functional configuration.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll flows and related processes.
• Proficiency in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher reporting tools.
• Experience with ADP Global View connector configuration and integration.
• Excellent testing and debugging skills in payroll environments, & parallel payroll support.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
