Purview Services is seeking an Oracle HCM & Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team in Pan India. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Oracle HCM and Payroll configuration, payroll flows, reporting, and integration.

The role requires working with cross-functional teams, delivering documentation, and ensuring successful payroll implementations across global and regional setups. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM and Payroll functional configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll flows and related processes.
• Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP).
• Excellent testing, debugging, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional configuration of Oracle HCM and Payroll modules.
• Manage and troubleshoot Oracle Payroll flows and related processes.
• Develop and maintain reports using HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP).
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging in payroll environments, including parallel payroll support.
