Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM and Payroll functional configuration.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll flows and related processes.
• Proficiency in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP).

Responsibilities

• Perform functional configuration of Oracle HCM and Payroll modules.
• Manage and troubleshoot Oracle Payroll flows and related processes.
• Develop and maintain reports using HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP).
• Conduct testing and debugging in payroll environments, including parallel payroll support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently when required.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for configurations and processes.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes.
