Job summary

Leinex Consulting is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM consultant in India to drive implementation and support across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Talent modules.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience, strong knowledge of HCM configuration, and exposure to HDL, Fast Formula, and HCM Extracts, with REST/SOAP API integrations.

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM architecture and security, plus strong communication and client-handling skills, are essential. Immediate joiners are preferred.
