Job summary

Clover Infotech is seeking an Oracle HCM Senior Consultant to join our team in Pune. The role focuses on Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll and Fast Formulas, with hands-on involvement across all Oracle HCM Cloud implementation phases.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with 2+ full-cycle implementations, strong Core HR and Payroll knowledge, and OTBI/BI Publisher skills.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with 2+ full-cycle implementations.
• Must have Core HR, Payroll, and Fast Formulas.
• Good understanding of payroll compliance and statutory requirements in the Middle East.
• Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, and basic integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Core HR, Absence, Payroll, or OTL modules.
• Create and test Fast Formulas and manage data uploads using HDL/HSDL.
• Support clients during CRP, SIT, UAT, and go-live.
• Prepare functional documentation, conduct trainings, and support production rollout.
• Provide support and maintenance for post-go-live environments.
