Job summary

gsbsolutions1 is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM specialist to support Fusion projects, with strong hands-on experience in Core HR, Absence & OTL, Compensation, Payroll (Qatar), ORC, Goal & Performance Management, Learning and HR Helpdesk.

The role requires excellent analytical skills, process understanding, and prior experience in configurations, migrations and production support. You will work with client onsite and offshore teams to resolve issues and propose solutions for enhancement requests.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and Fusion projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence & OTL, Compensation, Payroll (Qatar), ORC, Goal & Performance Management, Learning & HR Helpdesk.
• Experience in configurations, migrations and production support.

Responsibilities

• Work with Client onsite teams and Offshore Team to resolve issues during production support.
• Perform impact analysis and propose solutions for enhancement requests.

Must-Have Strong experience in Oracle Cloud HCM minimum 2 Fusion project support experience is a must Good functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence & OTL, Compensation, Payroll (Qatar), ORC, Goal & Performance Management, Learning & HR Helpdesk Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process Prior experience in managing activities such as Configurations & Migrations and Support with due process adherence Work with Client Onsite teams and Offshore Team to resolve the issues during production support.
