• Strong Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience with 2 Fusion project supports.
• Hands-on Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, ORC, Goal & Performance, Learning, HR Help Desk, Succession/Talent Review.
• Experience as a solution architect in HCM.
• Expertise in HDL, BI, OTBI, and HCM Extract.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with onsite client teams and offshore team during production support.
• Perform impact analysis and propose solutions for enhancement requests.
• Manage configurations, migrations, and support with proper governance.

Role Name: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Desired Experience Range: 7 to 11 Years

Location: Kolkata/ Mumbai/ Bhubaneshwar/ Delhi/ Hyderabad

Job Description:

• Strong experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and minimum 2 Fusion project support experience is a must
• Good functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, ORC, Goal & Performance Management, Learning Management, HR Help Desk, Succession Planning & Talent Review and must have worked as a solution architect in HCM
• Should have expertise in Technical Tool like HDL , BI , OTBI and HCM Extract of Oracle HCM .
• Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process
• Prior experience in managing activities such as Configurations & Migrations and Support with due process adherence
• Work with Client Onsite teams and Offshore Team to resolve the issues during production support.
