Qualifications

• 7+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR & Fast Formula experience.
• Strong knowledge of workforce structures, employment lifecycle, and person management.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end Fusion HCM implementations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage client interactions in a hybrid working mode.

Responsibilities

• Lead Core HR implementations across workforce structures and employment models.
• Design, configure, and optimize Core HR processes for seamless operations.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor.
• Conduct workshops, CRP, SIT, UAT and support go-live activities.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and OTL teams for integrations.

Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Specialist | Fast Formulas Expert Pan India (Hybrid) | 7+ Years Experience | Immediate Joiners Preferred

We’re seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant specializing in Core HR and Fast Formulas to lead implementations, optimize processes, and deliver client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Core HR implementations across workforce structures, employment models, and person management.
• Design, configure, and optimize Core HR processes for seamless operations.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor.
• Conduct requirement workshops, CRP, SIT, UAT, and support golive activities.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Payroll, Benefits, Talent, OTL) for integration.
• Provide best practice guidance, resolve functional/technical issues, and deliver client training.

Required Skills

7+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR & Fast Formula experience

Strong knowledge of workforce structures, employment lifecycle, and person management

Expertise in Fast Formula development (Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time rules)

Handson experience in endtoend Fusion HCM implementations
