Job summary

Nish Technologies is seeking an Oracle HCM Fusion Functional Consultant with strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, Core HR and Absence Management to join our hybrid team across Pan India. You will configure security, create Journeys and notifications, and build OTBI/FDI reports as required by business users.

The role requires hands-on experience in DOR, data roles, AOR usage, and end-to-end testing including UAT coordination. Training and rollout support will be part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Strong knowledge of Core HR Absence Management Touchpoint.
• Experience creating OTBI/FDI reports in Oracle HCM.
• Hands-on with security configuration and data roles.
• Experience in testing and coordinating UAT.

Responsibilities

• Work on Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and configurations.
• Create Journeys and notifications in Oracle HCM.
• Create and configure DOR and Set up security in modules.
• Develop and maintain OTBI/FDI reports to meet business needs.
• Coordinate testing, prepare test cases, and validate results.

• 8 Years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
• Strong knowledge of Core HR Absence Management Touchpoint
• Create BIP OTBI FDI reports in Oracle HCM
• Update Branding in Oracle HCM
• Create Journeys and notifications in Oracle HCM
• Create and configure DOR
• End to end skills to setup security
• Setting up Job Roles Data Roles Usage of AOR
• Hands on experience on sensitive fields hiding across modules
• Knowledge of delivered reports and build adhoc reports as required in Security space
• Testing Experience to Perform testing and coridnate with users to perform testing
• Preparing test cases based on Business scenarios
• Executing test cases in DEV and SIT
• Documenting test results
• Reporting test results
• Perform data validation
• EndtoEnd Integration testing
• Provide support in training on all HCM modules
