Job summary

Hiresquad is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant specializing in Core HR and Fast Formulas to lead global implementations and optimize client processes in a Pan India (Hybrid) setup.

The role requires 7+ years of Fusion HCM experience, deep knowledge of workforce structures and end-to-end implementation expertise, with the ability to manage client interactions in a hybrid environment. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR & Fast Formula experience.
• Strong knowledge of workforce structures, employment lifecycle, and person management.
• Expertise in Fast Formula development (Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time rules).
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end Fusion HCM implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Core HR implementations across workforce structures, employment models, and person management.
• Design, configure, and optimize Core HR processes for seamless operations.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor.
• Conduct requirement workshops, CRP, SIT, UAT, and support go-live activities.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Payroll, Benefits, Talent, OTL) for integration.
• Provide best practice guidance, resolve functional/technical issues, and deliver client training.
