Job summary

Hiresquad is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula Developer to join our clients' delivery teams. The candidate should have 6-12 years of overall experience and at least 5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud, with hands-on Fast Formula development, integrations, reporting, and technical implementation/support.

The role requires working in a PAN India hybrid setup, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and support HCM solutions across modules.

Qualifications
