• 8+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience with strong expertise in Fast Formulas.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM functional processes and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas across one or more HCM modules, particularly Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, or Compensation.
• Knowledge of formula types, contexts, database items, input/output variables, and formula functions.
• Experience in formula debugging, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote project environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM Fast Formulas based on business requirements.
• Develop Fast Formulas for Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, and other relevant HCM modules.
• Translate functional requirements into efficient formula logic and business rules.
• Work with formula types, contexts, database items, input variables, return variables, and formula functions.
• Support payroll calculations, earnings, deductions, absence accruals, eligibility rules, and compensation calculations.
• Troubleshoot formula errors, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement appropriate fixes.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑production support.
• Prepare technical documentation, formula specifications, test scenarios, and implementation guidelines.
• Perform formula validation, regression testing, and performance optimization.
