Job summary

Sirasoft Consultancy Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM technical development. The role focuses on design, development, and support of Fusion HCM technical solutions, including integrations, reporting, data conversions, and extensions across full implementation lifecycles.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, HDL/HSDL data loads, BI Publisher, and OTBI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Oracle technologies, with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical.
• Proven track record with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM technical implementations, delivered from design through go-live and support.
• Strong understanding of HCM backend tables, APIs, and data models.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
• Expertise in handling HCM events and event-driven integrations.
• Hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL data loads.
• Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts and BI Publisher reports, and familiarity with OTBI.
• Strong debugging, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration technologies.
• Build and support HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, and HDL/HSDL data loads.
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL procedures, Fast Formulas, and HCM event‑driven processing.
• Work with HCM backend tables and data models to design, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and ensure solution performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in technical design, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.
• Ensure data security, access controls, and compliance with enterprise standards.
