Infosys Bengaluru is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Payroll, Absence and OTL modules. The role focuses on Fast Formula and Extracts, with strong emphasis on security and data access controls.

You will work within Infosys consulting teams to diagnose customer issues, design innovative solutions, configure products per design, and support client deployments with clear, actionable proposals and effort estimates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM experience focusing on fast formulas and Extracts.
• Experience with Payroll, Absence and OTL modules and related integrations.
• Knowledge of security concepts including role-based access control.

Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant (Fast Formula & Extracts) 2 + years of HCM Cloud hands‑on experience on Cloud Technical skills- Extracts, Fast Formula and Integrations Payroll, Absence, OTL module as defined below:

• Candidate should have worked on Oracle Payroll fast formulas related to Earnings, Deduction Elements, Element skip rules to Implement or Troubleshoot
• Should be able to work on Extracts- Payroll interface, Full profile, Changes only extract.
• Security: role-based access, data security policies
• Fast Formula used in calculations.

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines.
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality value adding solutions to customers.
