Job summary

Mastek in India (Tamil Nadu, Tirunelveli) seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM consultant to implement and support Core HR and Absence Management modules, translating HR processes into effective Fusion solutions and ensuring high-quality delivery and user adoption.

The candidate will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, perform testing, data migration, and provide guidance on best practices while aligning with local regulations and global HR standards.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Functional consultant able to translate HR processes into Fusion solutions.
• Experience in Core HR, Absence Management, and related modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Absence Management projects.
• Gather, analyse, and document HR requirements related to workforce administration and absence policies.
• Configure Core HR and Absence Management functionalities, including workforce structures, absence plans, accruals, and eligibility rules.
• Perform system and integration testing, and support UAT for HCM modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting for Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Provide functional guidance and best practices on Oracle Fusion HCM to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, defects, and configuration gaps in Core HR and Absence Management.
• Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and process flows.
• Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer for HR users.
• Ensure solutions comply with policies, regulations, and global HR standards.

HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Core HR (Functional), HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Absence Management (Functional) Consultant-Oracle. This role focuses on implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Absence Management modules for enterprise clients. Candidate must have relevant experience of 5 to 10 Years. The consultant will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate HR processes into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and user adoption.
