Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Experience documenting HR processes and translating them into Oracle Fusion HCM configurations.
• Hands-on work across Core HR and Absence Management with strong delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Absence Management.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to HR, workforce administration, and absence policies.
• Configure Core HR and Absence Management functionalities, including workforce structures, employment models, absence plans, accruals, and eligibility rules.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and support UAT for HCM modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting related to Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Provide functional guidance and best practices on Oracle Fusion HCM to business stakeholders and project teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, defects, and configuration gaps in Core HR and Absence Management.
• Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and process flows.
• Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer activities for HR users.
• Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies, local regulations, and global HR standards.

This role focuses on implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Absence Management modules for enterprise clients. Candidate must have relevant experience of 5 to 10 Years.
