Job summary

Mastek is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant (Functional) to implement and support Core HR and Absence Management modules for enterprise clients in Delhi. The role requires translating HR processes into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions and ensuring high-quality delivery with stakeholder collaboration.

The candidate should have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, be able to lead end-to-end projects, and work with business and IT teams to enable user adoption and successful project

Qualifications

• Experience with Core HR and Absence Management modules

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancements for Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Absence Management
• Gather, analyze, and document HR requirements
• Configure Core HR and Absence Management including structures, models, plans, accruals, and rules
• Perform system, integration, and UAT testing for HCM modules
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and reporting
• Provide guidance on Oracle Fusion HCM best practices to stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and gaps
• Create functional design documents and process workflows
• Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer for HR users
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and HR standards

Job Summary

HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Core HR (Functional), HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Absence Management (Functional) Consultant-Oracle. This role focuses on implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Absence Management modules for enterprise clients. Candidate must have relevant experience of 5 to 10 Years. The consultant will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate HR processes into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Absence Management.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to HR, workforce administration, and absence policies.
• Configure Core HR and Absence Management functionalities, including workforce structures, employment models, absence plans, accruals, and eligibility rules.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for HCM modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting related to Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Provide functional guidance and best practices on Oracle Fusion HCM to business stakeholders and project teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, defects, and configuration gaps in Core HR and Absence Management.
• Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and process flows.
• Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer activities for HR users.
• Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies, local regulations, and global HR standards.
