Job summary

Mastek is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementations with a focus on US Payroll, UK Payroll, or Oracle Time & Labor (OTL). The role requires expertise in Absence Management and Fast Formula development to support complex validations and calculations.

You'll collaborate with global clients, design functional solutions, configure modules, and support testing, SIT/UAT, and post-go-live activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion HCM experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Configure and support US Payroll, UK Payroll, or OTL modules based on business requirements.
• Design and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, OTL, validations, calculations, eligibility rules, and custom business requirements.
• Configure and support Absence Management plans, accruals, carryovers, and eligibility profiles.
• Conduct client workshops, prepare functional design documents, and provide solution recommendations.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, HDL/HCM Data Loader, and data conversion activities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions to business stakeholders.

Required Skills

5+ years of relevant Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion HCM experience

Minimum 2 End-to-End Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Projects (Mandatory)

Strong expertise in US Payroll / UK Payroll / OTL

Hands-on experience in Absence Management

Strong experience in Fast Formula development, debugging, and optimization

Experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
